Dear Ala Costa Community,

With immense gratitude and enthusiasm, we come to you once more for our annual staff bonus fundraiser. The commitment and excellence of our staff form the bedrock of Ala Costa's ability to provide exceptional support and services to our participants. They are the driving force behind our mission to empower our participants towards self-determined lives and advocate for a more equitable world for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This year, our team's dedication has been truly remarkable, marking numerous milestones in the lives of those we support. In acknowledgment of their efforts, Ala Costa is thrilled to announce the provision of staff bonuses. We turn to our community stakeholders, partners, and friends of Ala Costa, knowing that you share our conviction in the importance of supporting our staff for their contributions.

It is our goal to raise f $12,000 dollars this year. 100% of each donation will go directly to the individuals who support our participants every day.

No contribution is too small and every donation makes a meaningful impact.

Thank you for standing alongside us as we honor the dedication of our extraordinary staff members.

With Gratitdue,

The Ala Costa Team
