Hello - Please join us, as we are friends and family of Stacy (Booder) Kurtti, Josh Kurtti and Dani (Kurtti) Quintanilla. We’ve launched this GoFundMe page for Stacy’s children, Josh and Dani, to help them provide the best medical care for their mom as they embark on the unknown road ahead of caring for her spinal injuries.
About the Accident
We are incredibly overwhelmed and saddened to share on Tuesday, August 24th, Stacy Kurtti was severely injured in a horse-riding accident that caused life-changing spinal cord damage, leaving her in a quadriplegic state. Fortunately, Stacy’s spinal cord was not severed, and she is making progress towards breathing on her own and each day regains more sensation in her arms. The family is extremely optimistic that Stacy's condition will improve. Stacy was life-flighted to Idaho Falls, where she is receiving amazing care by the doctors and nurses at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC). We are witnessing small miracles daily.
