STACI (SCHOTT) CARDON'S 3 GIRLS NEED YOUR HELP!

Donation protected
As I sit down to write this Go-Fund me for my best friends family there are no amount of words that I could ever put down on paper that could do Staci (Schott) Cardon justice.

This campaign will help aid the family in moving forward and paying for unexpected expenses that have incurred.  They are working to cover the extra funeral costs, attorney/legal fees (Sarah's Guardianship), and debts that the family has accumulated over the past several months taking care of Staci & her daughters during this devastating time in their lives.  In addition, getting the girls set up for their future; Braces, medial bills, camps, transportation, tuition, and emergencies.

Staci was a daughter, sister, mother, wife, friend and beloved Daughter of God.  On 1-17-19,  she took her final breath, and was released from the pain and suffering she had in this mortal life.  She is survived by her husband Matt, and her three beautiful daughters, Maddie, Belle and Sarah.

For those of you who didn't know her.  Staci battled an incurable kidney disease for over a decade, prior to being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal (colon) cancer in May of 2016.  She fought valiantly to take care of her family, as she traveled from Washington to Utah on a bi-monthly basis, to participate in multiple cancer treatment trials at the Huntsman Cancer Institute.  Even as her cancer metastasized to her liver and lungs, she showed her strength and will to fight for her family until the very end.

Staci, reluctantly said her last goodbyes to each of her beautiful daughters earlier this week. The hardships that accompany such a difficult reality are tough to imagine, in particular for her surviving daughters.

Staci’s husband, Matt, who has been disabled for over a decade, is unable to work or care for the girls as he is residing in a full-time care facility. The three girls are now in the loving care of family.

Maddie, is finishing her Bachelor's Degree this Summer and will be living with her Aunts and cousins. Isabelle,  is working on her plans for the future and will be living with Betsy Schott, her Grandmother.  Sarah, will be loved and accepted into Jenny and Brian Dayley’s family.  While the general structure of living arrangements are still to be determined, this is just the beginning for the girls.

In summary, Maddie, Belle and Sarah have many immediate needs, and are in great need of material resources to sustain them in the months and years to come.  They will have a very emotional recovery, and will need as much support as possible. Helping to fund the Cardon girls will go towards immediate burial/funeral/college funds, and more importantly, will ensure that essential needs are met for each of the girls in the future.

The blessings and grace from God have been abundant in this trying time.  For this, we are mindful and thankful...
