Stacey's rough cancer battle!

Stacey was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Her world has been turned upside down. She is doing her very best as a single mom to be strong and positive and keep things as normal as she possibly can for her two boys, 12 and 17. Going through treatments of Chemo, all of the tests, scans, MRI's, ultrasounds, doctors’ appointments, maintaining a household, bringing her kids to travel baseball games, while still trying to come to work every day are a massive load for her to endure. She is a very proud mom and has a very difficult time asking for help.
She was notified during her 3rd chemo treatment with 5 more to go, (then radiation and upcoming surgery) that her benefits have been maxed out. She will have to try going through government funding and paying quarterly deductibles. This is weighing deeply on her mind, with all of the other expenses and responsibilities she has to endure, she should not have to worry about how to pay the bills but focus on getting better and be there for her growing boys.
She just received a confirmation about the cancer spreading into her bones and this fight is becoming more and more difficult for her. She has a long road ahead and we are hoping to help Stacey with the financial burden that this cancer fight will bring. This is not a small task but it's one that can be done with everyone's support.
Beyond laughter and emotional support that we can provide, we have created this page to help ease some of the added stress.
It has taken some time to convince our dear friend that it’s OK to ask for help and sometimes all you need to do is put it out there and let the world show you its kindness.
