Hi Friends, family and supporters. The Cash family is so grateful for all of your generosity. Stacey officially completed Chemo and is feeling well and slowly getting her energy back. However, she is about to embark on her radiation journey which starts Thursday 2/29 and will continue for about 6 consecutive weeks. Stacey is still off from work and their family is used to a second income. Let's help them reach their goal as she finishes out her last weeks of treatment. You got this Stacey!

Update!! Hi Friends and Family! Stacey thanks all of you for your generosity and continued support She started off the New Year completing her 3rd of 4 rounds of Chemo. Stacey will have six weeks of radiation ahead of her once her chemo treatment is finished.

I am reaching out today on behalf of the Cash Family. Our fun loving friend Stacey, who is a full time Mom to 3 boys, full time wife, baseball Mom, wrestling Mom, football Mom, Lakeview Elementary School Mom and El Capitan High School Mom (just to name a few) was diagnosed back in late July with Breast Cancer. She has undergone two surgeries with the second one being a success. Her breast tissue and lymph nodes are now cancer free, AMEN!! However she still has a long road ahead. She hasn't been able to work her part time job at Lakeview Elementary School since mid September. Being a part time employee means she isn't eligible for disability benefits.

Stacey will start chemo on Monday November 20th and have 4 rounds total. After Chemo she will have about 4-6 weeks of daily radiation as precaution to keep the cancer away. Along with treatments this means a lot of trips back and forth to treatments, post treatments, follow up appointments, prescriptions and so on. Also her husband has had to take time off as well to get Stacey to these appointments and will need to do so in the upcoming months All of these expenses are adding up fast and with one less income it is becoming hard to make ends meet.
