Stabilizing after medication mix up & psych ward

I'm Anthony "GaLm" and I'm a Gaming YouTuber/Streamer. This year I started treatment for ADHD + Anxiety.  I recently hit rock bottom when a medication mix up with Adderall put me into a psychiatric ward after a really bad manic episode. A manic episode which happened after spending 2 weeks (from when I started the wrong medication) in a depressed, bordering suicidal state. Thankfully after the help of the psychiatric ward, my girlfriend Mei, my  friends, and support of fans I'm doing a lot better mentally! I was even able to start a round of new medication

Unfortunately, not working throughout May and June has put me in financial distress, and any work I do this month won't see payment until next month (Twitch) or September (YouTube). I also cannot take loans due to terrible credit. So...I'm finally asking for help.

$12000 would help me pay off:
$2800 - Late Rent for June
$2800 - Late Rent for July
$2750 - On time rent for August
$1053 - 3 months late electricity bill

$1223 - Hospital fees from the hospital I was taken to, the psychiatric ward I was taken to after that, and out-patient program 
as well as other utilities like internet, water, gas or credit card debts
