Sadly my niece Leah lost her battle with CF

My niece Leah had Cystic Fibrosis, and it adversely affected her liver. She had her first liver transplant at 13 years old. Her health began failing again and she once again needed a liver transplant at 21. She was on the transplant list at Cleveland Clinic waiting when her platelets dropped too low to operate, and she succumbed to her illness. Leah sadly passed away. Please help her family with funeral and memorial expenses and to help them get back on their feet as this situation has been financially devastating to them as well. Please help in any way you can.
