Local 638 Union Steamfitter murdered in cold blood

Donation protected
My name is Bill Abbate Jr. and I’m starting this campaign to raise funds for the family of Thomas Bailey, a Local 638 Union Steamfitter who was murdered in cold blood last evening while riding the subway home to Brooklyn after work. The circumstances are not yet fully known but Tommy was stabbed in the neck by an assailant and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. In the past, Tommy was praised for being a hero on the same subway system when he came to the aid of a young girl who was being savagely attacked by a gang of vicious girls. He put himself in harm’s way to protect this young lady. Only time will tell if he was acting again as a hero last evening and it may have unfortunately cost him his life. I hope and pray that justice is served quickly and that law enforcement apprehends the criminal that murdered this hard working father of three young children. This is so sad and it always happens to the good guy. Please open your heart and your wallet and make a donation in Tommy’s memory to help his young children. Thank you !!
(Eileen Luppens is Tommy’s ex-wife and also the mother of his two oldest children)
