ST WILFRID’s PTA, SHEFFIELD
St Wilfrids PTA raise vital funds for the school and provide fun events and competitions for the children.
Did you know that in 2018/19, your PTA raised £12,943 through fundraising, which contributed hugely to the fabulous pirate ship climbing frame in the playground, new sound system, the altar and lectern in the school hall, books, carpets, Pantomime and more.
Sadly, as a result of the constraints of the COVID pandemic, this figure will be much lower this year. We have had to cancel many of our big events and this leaves a big hole in our fundraising. We now need to look at new, different, COVID-friendly ways to plug this gap.
So, please get involved ! You can make a real difference and the more parents involved with our PTA means more money raised through more fun events, benefitting everyone.
Everything your PTA raises goes directly to providing for the school, and, in consultation with staff, parents have a say on where and how the money is spent.
