We're St Mina Children's Home located in Nadi, Fiji.
We've been housing underprivileged children for more than 12 years. We've always relied on donations, but our plan is to become more self-sustainability.
So our main project for 2026 is to build a Christian Campsite and Conference Centre here in Nadi to help fund our children's home rather than continuously rely on donations.
The plan for the Campsite:
Location: Legalega-Voivoi, Nadi overlooking Sleeping Giant Mountain.
Capacity: 60 - 100 persons
Accommodation:
- Cabins with bunk beds and bathroom.
- Cabins with double beds and singles and bathroom.
- Glamping tents that can accommodate up to 10 people.
Conference:
- An indoor hall with capacity of 80 persons
- An undercover dinning area with capacity of 80 persons
- A shared kitchen with all the required facilities
Amenities:
- Swimming Pool
- Basketball Court
- Soccer/Volleyball field
- Kids Playground
- Fire pit and outdoor seating
- Onsite parking.
We receive roughly 200-400 visitors per year who spend a lot of money at nearby resorts and hotels which are getting more and more expensive.
This is a great way to invest in your Church's future conventions and service trips while contributing directly into the sustainable future of our Children's Home, so we can continue to house underprivileged, neglected, abused and orphaned children here in Fiji.
