Can you help families in Pontypridd?.

Connect is the not-for-profit café branch of the Pontypridd Ministry Area (Charity no: 1165251). We are based in Pontypridd town centre and our priority is to reach families that are struggling.

We run three toddler groups, one which is specifically for adults with anxiety or children with sensory issues, three after-school activity groups, as well as school holiday movie and craft mornings. All of our activities provide children with snacks and all of our activities are free at the point of contact. We are currently serving over 70 distinct families over these three days.

All of this is funded by the Pontypridd Ministry Area which is a registered charity. The financial crisis has meant that our usual donations have dropped significantly, and we are struggling to maintain these much-needed services. Your donation will go a long way in helping us support families within our community to come and share. The children grow in confidence, families/carers grow in friendships, and we also get to know and journey with them too.
