St Catherine Mini Marathon fundraiser for 'The Passage'.
On Saturday 26th April 2025, a number of pupils from St Catherine Catholic Primary School, West Drayton are running in the TSC London Mini Marathon and raising money in aid of Passage 2000 (operating as The Passage) which is a charity that helps those who are homeless. The Passage takes its values and ethos from the teachings and example of St. Vincent De Paul, a Christian and social reformer who co-founded the Daughters of Charity in 1633. Vincent believed in action rather than words and in hands-on service to vulnerable people. Their vision is of a society where street homelessness no longer exists and everyone has a place to call home.
Our very own Mini Vinnies decided 'The Passage' would be our chosen charity for this event which supports the principles of our Catholic Social Teaching - Option for the poor. Join us in helping to make a difference.
Thank you in advance for your contribution!
