St. Barrahane’s is a building of national significance. It is home to some of the most renowned Harry Clarke Stained glass windows.

Last year we identified issues in the bell tower which needed immediate attention. Thankfully we were able to resolve the issues, however when the builders were there they identified other issues which needed immediate attention. We are pleased that we have safeguarded the future of this Cultural and Historical building….BUT! We are now left with a bill in excess of €50,000 which is difficult for a small community to raise itself.
