St Albans Refurbishment Phase 1

Hello Everyone, My name is Kate, and I’m fundraising for St Alban’s Catholic Church in the village of Denaby Main, South Yorkshire. St Alban’s was opened in 1898 and has been servicing the local community for over 120 years.

With any building of this age, many repairs and maintenance issues need regularly addressing, which our parishioners alone can’t fund. So we are looking for the kindness of others beyond our small village to help us raise funds.

This year’s project is the replacement of the central heating system, which hasn’t been changed since it was first installed over 60 years ago. The current heating system is by large pipes; however, they are only located on one side of the church, leaving the other side very cold in the winter. We want to replace this and get a modern system in place.
