This past weekend, we had to rush Cheddar to the emergency vet. He has a history of urinary blockages, which we initially thought was the issue again. Sadly, we learned he has very large bladder stones that requires surgical removal costing around $6,000. Since we had to use an emergency vet they will not allow us to do a payment plan. 

Cheddar has been part of our family for the past 9 years and our daughter’s best friend. He’s otherwise healthy, full of personality, and so deeply loved. We aren’t ready to lose him.

The past couple of years have been financially overwhelming with Augie and Cheddar’s prior surgery costs and this unexpected emergency has been incredibly hard. We know times are tough for so many, and we truly understand if you’re unable to help — but any contribution, no matter the amount, would mean the world to us and help give Cheddar the care he needs.
