On September 26, 2023, my family & I received news that would change our lives – my mom had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

Learning that she, the kindest person we know, would face such a difficult challenge felt like a cruel twist of fate. Despite the heaviness in our hearts, we find peace in knowing that her strength and kindness will fuel her fight against this adversity. In the face of this diagnosis, she has become a symbol of unwavering courage, and we will stand by her side, just as she has stood by ours throughout the years. Together, we will face this journey, holding onto the hope that her invincible spirit will prevail.

Since her diagnosis, her days have been filled with doctor's appointments, chemotherapy sessions, and moments of exhaustion. Yet, through it all, she wears a brave smile. As medical bills pile up and living expenses strain our resources, the weight of the battle is becoming heavier.
