Anybody that has met Izzy knows that she is the friendliest, gentlest, sweetest dog there is. She is 1 year old and has so much life and energy in her and never fails to make people fall in love with her. 

On 8/16 she was hit by a car. She has a complete fracture of her left femur. Thankfully, she has no other internal/external injuries aside from some minor cuts and bruises.

Izzy needs to have surgery to recover from this tragic event. All of the funds will go toward her surgery as it is difficult to meet hospital/surgical expenses to their entirety. With this opportunity, she is expected to have a full recovery within the next 2 months. After surgery consultation, we will find out if she will keep her leg or need to have an amputation.
