Pepper's Medical Bills from Pitbull Attack

A few days ago my sister’s sweet little 9 pound dog was attacked by a Pitbull right in front of her house. Our entire family is BEYOND sad and horrified seeing this little dog all mangled up from this attack. One of the scariest things is that it took 6 grown adults on the Pitbull to free Pepper from its lockjaw. It instantly broke Pepper’s jaw as well as multiple puncture wounds in her neck. The fact that this 9lb dog survived from a larger Pitbull is an absolute MIRACLE from the Lord and we are so thankful for that. My sister & her fiancé are now hit with THOUSANDS of dollars in medical bills from the dental surgery that had to take place to save Pepper’s life. The plate had to be inserted into her jaw, and another surgery in a couple months to remove it. This tiny sweet dog has MONTHS of recovery ahead. We were praying that at a bare minimum 50% of the medical bills would help be covered by the Pitbull’s owners, but unfortunately that isn’t the case. My sister & her fiancé are recently engaged and planning their wedding and now have to spend their wedding and honeymoon funds to cover the costs of this attack. We are heartbroken for this sweet TINY little dog undergoing multiple surgeries and heartbroken for them as they now have to bare the burden of this hefty medical bill. ANYTHING helps this unfortunate situation and is SO very appreciated!!!
