Kylie’s journey is going to be a long one, physically as well as mentally. Kylie Rose is a 16 year old single mom of a beautiful 1 year old little girl. Her daughters father passed away unexpectedly early in the child’s life. Now rather then celebrating her birthday on September 14th, she will be fighting her biggest fight. Late on August 31st, Kylie was shot 3 times in the back and Life Flighted from Tifton, Georgia to Tallahassee Memorial Medical Center in critical condition. She is currently undergoing 1 surgery today, 09/02/2022. Kylie’s liver was hit, as well as her lungs and diaphragm on top of the fractured ribs, which is making it very hard for her to breath. Part of her lung is dead and will have to be removed as well as repairing her Diaphragm. After this surgery, we will know more as far as future surgeries. Kylie’s father is self-employed and both parents are having to miss work to be there for Kylie. Her father does not have any paid time, being that he is self employed. Missing work, and the day to day cost of living will be added expenses and stress for this family. Kylie and this loving family need the help of our community to help lessen the stress and heartache that they are already suffering. Anything and everything helps.
