Help with bills after bad car accident.

Hi! My name is Donna and on July 18th while on my way home from work I was in a bad car accident. I was at a red light when a young man rear-ended the car behind me at 50mph! This caused a chain reaction in which I ended up in the intersection. My car is being repaired and I have injuries from the accident which has caused me to be put on medical leave at my place of employment and may need foot surgery. I have no income and I am falling behind every day on my bills.
