Honeybun

I am updating this because circumstances have changed. Honeybun was given dog flea medicine by a family member without caution. He began having seizures and tremors in his body. He is weak and shakey. He is having the reaction to permethrin, which is in the flea medicine for dogs and is toxic for cats and can end very badly. I took him to the vet as an emergency, they told me he has a 50/50 chance of surviving. He has a fever of 105, and the medicine which was given to him was 45% permethrin. He had a horrible spasm/ seizure on the way to the vet and bit his tongue so his mouth was full of blood and it freaked me out, but luckily it was only a bite and nothing internal. I will get updates in the morning from the vet. Until then we really have no idea which direction this will go.
