Our family is coming together to support my sister-in-law as she bravely faces one of the hardest battles of her life—breast cancer. What began as an unexpected diagnosis has quickly turned into a journey filled with doctor visits, treatments, emotional and physical challenges and unimaginable strength. Through it all, she has shown courage, grace and determination, even on the hardest days.

Breast cancer affects more than just health—it impacts every part of life. Medical bills, standard treatments, holistic lifestyle changes, and treatments, dietary challenges and adjustments, travel expenses, lost wages, and everyday responsibilities can quickly become overwhelming.

My sister-in-law was diagnosed with Grade 3 Invasive Lobular Breast Carcinoma and Carcinoma In Situ. To date, she has been through three surgeries—a mastectomy, first stage reconstruction, and putting in a chemo port—with additional surgeries to come before her journey is complete. She still has to undergo months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments as well as raising her 6 year old daughter as a single mother.

This fundraiser was created to help ease that financial burden so she can focus on what truly matters: healing and recovery. Every donation, share and prayer means more than words can express.
