Sriram Strong & In Memory of Srini

It is with incredible sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Srini Sudharsanam, the father of the boy in this original fundraiser. Srini was not only a loving husband but also a devoted father who brought so much joy and love to his children. His kindness, laughter, and unwavering support will be deeply missed.

This a such a heartbreaking time for the family as they were already going through the process of chemotherapy and treatment for their 8 year old son Sriram who was diagnosed with Leukemia 4 months ago.

The sudden loss for Shaleni and her 2 young children, Siddharth and Sriram is devastating.

As the family comes to terms with the loss, we want to ensure that the children continue to feel his love and support in their lives.

The funds raised through this campaign will help cover essential expenses, including:

-Funeral costs and memorial services

-Daily living expenses (groceries, bills, etc.)

-Ongoing medical expenses for Sriram for the next 2 years

-Childcare and educational needs for Siddharth and Sriram

Our community is reaching out to you with hopeful spirits. Second-grader and Montvale Memorial Elementary student, Sriram Srinivasan has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. The news has turned Sriram's family's world upside down but in support for Sriram we are determined to fight alongside him EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

Sriram is an active, energetic young boy with a smile that can light up any room. He loves playing with his friends, exploring the outdoors, riding his bike, and playing board games. Leukemia has put a temporary pause on some of his favorite activities, as he now faces a challenging journey of treatments and hospital visits.

Our community refuses to let Leukemia define Sriram's story. With your support, we can give this family the support they need and keep Sriram smiling throughout his journey. Whether it's for food, toys, activities, transportation, any amount is appreciated by the Srinivasan family. Sriram's mother has given numerous volunteers hours to our schools running our PTO book fair and volunteering time for numerous school activities like hot lunch and holiday fair. Sriram's father works locally at KPMG and can be found riding bikes with Sriram and his old brother Sid who is in 6th grade at FMS.
