Hi, I’m Harry Gillam, and I’ve been selected to join the Somerset County Cricket Club Tour to Sri Lanka in February 2026.

This 13-day tour is an amazing opportunity for me to train, play, and represent the county overseas — playing five matches, net sessions with top coaches, and visiting cricketing venues across Colombo, Galle and Udawalawe.

The trip includes flights, accommodation, and all meals, plus cultural experiences like a safari and temple visits.

Cost of the tour: £2,940 per player (plus travel insurance and equipment costs).

This tour will be a huge step in my cricketing journey and development as part of the Somerset Pathway — and I’m determined to make the most of it.

I’m asking for help to raise £2,940 to cover the tour cost. Every contribution — big or small — brings me closer to representing Somerset overseas.

How funds will be used:

£2,940 – tour cost (flights, accommodation, meals, fixtures)

£100 – kit, training, and visa expenses

Any extra funds will go toward coaching or future tours
