Jennifer had a planned knee surgery in March and was doing well with recovery until a nasty infection developed in the surgical site above one of the screws. She had urgent surgery yesterday and will need at least 6 weeks of IV antibiotics before she will need to undergo a 3rd surgery to remove the screws.
