Sankofa Repatriation Assistance Program, Inc. has located a building in Kasoa, Ghana that we would like to secure as our Ghana headquarters. It is a two story building with four apartments. Two apartments upstairs, two downstairs. Our goal is to eventually be in position to purchase the building as the owner has expressed interest in selling it. In the meantime, we have negotiated a very reasonable rental price for the entire building with the owner, who is excited about having our organization take over  and occupy the building. 

We have until Sept 1, 2020 to raise the money and pay for the first year.  We will also furnish each apartment. Anyone who donates $200 or more can stay in one of the apartments rent free for one weekeach time they visit Ghana for as long as we retain possession of the building! Each apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with living room, kitchen and dining area. Very clean, modern and in a very serene and safe location.  The building is only 11 minutes from the beautiful Bojo Beach, 25 minutes from West Hills Mall and about 45 minutes to an hour's drive from Accra, depending on traffic.

We will use one apartment as SRAP's official office and rent the additional 3 apartments as Airbnb units and short term rentals for additional streams of income towards the mission of repatriating our people when SRAP donors are not occupying the units.  

If for some unfortunate reason we do not raise the funds by Sept 1, 2020, you will have to option of having your donation towards this building fund refunded to you or transferring your building fund donation towards the overall SRAP mission of repatriating our people.  The choice will be completely yours to make!
