Support Neyer's Recovery

We are raising money to help support Kristen (Neyer's) with her medical bills and recovery from her hamstring tear.

Last weekend, Neyers was playing in the Stick It hockey tournament in Blaine (skating for a good cause!).  She was working hard to score the tying goal in our last game.  Through some fluke turn, she tore her hamstring.  Doctors said a complete proximal avulsion of the entire hamstring.  Surgery had to be scheduled immediately and will be April 27th.

What does this mean?  No weight bearing or hip flexion for 4-6 weeks.  This means no driving.  No working.  Neyers is a single mom of a very active 5 year old.  We can't imagine how hard this is going to be. 

Many people have been asking how they can help.  We thought instead of organizing meals or other things, we could help her financially - where in the end it may be the hardest.  Please, if you want to just cook her a meal feel free.  She could use all the help people have to give right now.
