Hello all, this is Squirt, an 11-week-old Golden Retriever puppy who was diagnosed with Parvo Virus and surrendered by his previous owners. I have taken over care of this sweet boy who has been in isolation at VCA Civano Animal Hospital in Tucson, Arizona since Sunday, May 4th. He will need to continue to be under observation for at least 72 more hours. He is slowly improving very slightly every day but is going to take a lot more to ensure he can survive this. His team and I are doing everything we can to make sure this little guy receives the best care possible, but it is going to be a long recovery process. Squirt has already had 2 plasma transfusions, has an NG tube in, and is receiving numerous medications to make sure he is comfortable and can continue to get better. I am asking for a small donation towards his care as his estimate is set to be over $2500. It would mean the world to me with only a small amount of help from anyone.
