Squatchs face

Hello, my name is sasquatch and so is my dogs. I rescued Squatch from Muttville Sr Rescue 5 years ago. He is a Sr dog, 14 years old. 5 months ago a growth started forming on his cheek. He needs the thing removed. Problem is I just bought a house and my car is being repaired. I need a hand.

Listen, squatch is an amazing dog. He is the sweetest guy and has never shown an ounce of anger, even to other animals. Let's get his face fixed.
