Squash Dreamers, a refugee charity for girls

Donation protected
I am embarking on an unassisted 1,000km ride in January, starting in the deserts of Dubai through to the mountains and coastline of Oman in support of Squash Dreamers, a Jordanian based charity.

My daughter Poppy is studying Arabic at college in Jordan and volunteers at Squash Dreamers which has motivated me to take on this challenge.

Squash Dreamers is dedicated to empowering young refugee and underprivileged girls through the sport of squash and education to support them in accessing outstanding opportunities and reaching their full potential. They work with 50 young refugee girls aged 8-18, combining academic support, sports training, and well-being support.

The funds raised will contribute to providing intensive programming that supports the girls in reaching their dreams.

The route is as follows, and will involve over 6,500m of climbing (and the same downhill)

I will start on January 28th. For those interested, I will chart the route through Instagram at the following Instagram address:
