Help me save my dog

Hi, my name is Gino and I’m  reaching out to my family, friends and all animal lovers if you can find it your hearts to help save my dog, he needs an emergency surgery due to stones in his bladder, at the moment it caught me at a bad time and unexpectedly, but I love my dog to death and he’s my companion.
