I was a retired social worker who has been battling through CLL (Chronic Lymphoma Leukemia) since 2018. I was doing great until the spring of 2025 when I started having problems breathing and got diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. This led me to rely on oxygen daily and forced an early retirement of a job I loved and excelled in. In July, my health took another turn as I started to not feel very well and an MRI discovered cancer in my brain and spinal cord. I was not expected to live. Roswell Park Hospital helped by completing 5 rounds of radiation. Cancer in the brain and spinal cord is gone. I am currently relearning how to walk again and adapt to living in my own home again. If you could help, I need funds for continued medical treatments, transportation expenses and to make my home more medically accessible. I appreciate anything you can provide.
