The Eslick Family Needs Our Support

My name is Andrea, and my son is a friend of Landon’s. I’m creating this GoFundMe for the Eslick Family so they can concentrate less on the mounting medical bills and missed time from work and more on what matters most, Landon’s recovery. All donations raised will go directly to an account managed by the Eslick family.

From Emilie 2/14/26:

Last night our son Landon was hit by a car while riding his e-bike home from a friend's house. The worst call ever when you are expecting your son to walk in the door.

We are overwhelmed by the love and support from friends, family, and our community-thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Landon was wearing his helmet, and it saved his life. He suffered severe brain trauma, and right now the focus is protecting his brain and preventing further injury. To do that he has to be medically sedated for a few days.

He is in the best hands at Children's Hospital, and we are so thankful for the first responders and medical team caring for him.

He is able to move his arms and legs, which is a good sign, and we are praying for continued progress.

This is every parent and big brother's worst nightmare. We are absolutely scared and heartbroken and just want to hear his sweet voice again. No parent should ever have to go through this and see their child like this.

Please keep Landon in your prayers and to all of his riding buddies always wear your helmet.

Update from Ken 2/15/26:

I wanted to update everyone since so many people have reached out and are concerned. First the outreach of love and support is overwhelming. We thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts.

This morning Landon will go in for a CT scan. He sustained a severe brain injury. He was wearing his helmet which saved his life. We are hoping his swelling will be improved but we also realize 48 hours after the accident swelling can increase and it’s only been 34 hours. They will keep him medically sedated for 72 hours so he can rest and his brain can recover. So for now we wait which is incredibly hard and the emotional roller coaster can be unbearable at times.

With that said, we have an amazing team here at Children’s Hospital. They are true hero’s in every meaning of the word.

Landon is kind, caring, sweet and is a big hearted boy. He’s a fighter and has already been through so much at a young age.

Please continue to pray for Landon and continue positive thoughts. I’ll will reach out when I have more info but for now we wait. ❤️
