Help James Recover

Many of us know James as the friendly manager behind the Manifest counter. A devoted bartender and pillar of the industry and Chinatown community, he could often be found whipping up a cocktail or thoughtfully meeting the needs of patrons and his team. Beyond his role at the bar he is a dedicated husband to wife Grace, sweetest cat dad, and a musician who enjoys traveling.

James is currently in a medically-induced coma in the ICU for delirium tremens, involving heavy sedation and intubation. He has also been diagnosed with necrotizing pancreatitis and clots have been discovered in his pancreas. The precise length of his treatment course is unclear and stability fluctuates.

James’ survival requires close monitoring and critical intervention which has come at great monetary cost. This fund was created to ease some of the financial stress for James, Grace, and their family so they may remain focused on his recovery.
