My name is April and our family has sure had its ups and downs. Right now we are in for another fight. I say "we" because we are in this together. My cousin, Jennifer, has recently been diagnosed with anal cancer.

She is being treated at Duke, which is one of the best places to be. The first round of treatments started this week and will continue for 5 weeks.

With this (travel, missed work...) and just the added stresses of the diagnosis, I decided to start this page, to at least help financially, take some of this worry off of Jennifer and Kyle.

Jennifer (and her sister Michelle) know EVERYONE! If you have ever seen a checkered flag, you know this girl. So for those who know her diagnosis and wish you knew a way to help, THIS IS IT!

Jennifer is going to beat this...no doubt...but she will need our help along the way.
