We are reaching out to you today with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for your support for our beloved mother, sister, friend Darlene. On September 11th, she suffered a life-threatening brain aneurysm burst and was rushed to the dedicated team at CHI St. Luke's Baylor.

The doctors and staff have been working tirelessly to save her life and help her heal. We are so incredibly grateful for their expertise and care. As anyone who has faced a medical emergency knows, this will be a very long and challenging road to recovery.

While Darlene fights to heal, our family is facing the significant financial and emotional strain that comes with a medical crisis of this magnitude. Our immediate needs include covering the costs of:

• Fuel and parking for daily hospital visits, which are adding up quickly.

• Housing near the hospital so we can remain close to her during her long stay.

• Food expenses to sustain us as we spend long days and nights at her bedside.
