Sprout’s Emergency Restrictive Cardiomyopathy

If you’ve been with me for a while, you know Sprout. You know Sprout is my life. He is my absolute everything.

He stopped eating two days ago and started breathing extremely heavy.

today- the vet said he is in heart failure.

I am crushed. There are no words to describe how defeated I feel.

So I set up an appointment for an echo/ekg tonight. He got oxygen and has heart medication.

if we can get this under control he has a good outcome. And I am not losing my best friend yet. I would do absolutely everything to try and help him. He’s only 7 years old.

You know this year has been absolutely terrible for us so far- and I hate asking for help again but I’m desperate. Sprout is desperate.
