A bit about B.A.R.K.S. In 1986, a group of like-minded folks banded together with the mission to help animals in the Banbury area in sore need of a second chance at life and love. So Banbury Animal Rescue and Kindness Service (BARKS) was born and registered as a charity in 1997, operating across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
