Spring Family Loses Home to Fire

A local Spring Texas family was devastated by a fire that destroyed their home on Friday morning, August 5th. They lost two pets in the fire and much of the home was devastated. There will be multiple ongoing needs for Cindy Burrows and family: Cara, Cayla, and Tim. Cara is leaving for college in 10 days and everything she had gathered to take with her was destroyed. UPDATE: Around 9:00 PM on the day of the fire the house caught fire again. Smoldering embers ignited and the attic and roof caught fire. We're in the middle of a serious drought here in Texas so it's nothing short of a miracle that a neighbor noticed and called the fire department. The street filled quickly with firefighters, EMS workers, and concerned neighbors. The fire was extinguished a short time later. Please keep this family and their neighbors in your prayers.
