As we all know Covid19 has swept the globe like a black cloud and we are all weathering its effect. It’s impossible to predict when our lives will return to normal, or what our new normal will be. Small restaurants like us are doing everything we can to keep our heads above water and make it to brighter days.
While we wait for the federal government to implement their plan for aid, our staff and our restaurant needs help now. With restrictions placed to help flatten the curve we’ve had to lay off some of our team or reduce the hours of those we can employ. As a small group, we are like family and the harsh choices we’ve had to make weigh heavily on everyone. Even though we are keeping our doors open, the loss of so much of our sales won’t keep the lights on for much longer. We love being part of the community and we hope to still be here when this pandemic is behind us.
The funds will be dispersed to every team member, from our cashiers that greet you when you walk in, to the line that pours your hot bowl of pho, to the prep kitchen that butcher and trim all our meats. A smaller portion of funds will be used to keep the restaurant operating.
We feel unbelievably blessed to have had the love and support of our community for over seven years. Thank you for your patronage and friendship, and now we thank you for your generosity!
Please consider donating anything you can. No amount is too small.
