Hi everyone,

My name is Stephanie Thompson. I am originally from in Wolverhampton, UK but I am now residing in Birmingham, UK.

My Journey to Freedom

Life has taken me on a journey and my search for belonging propelled me into seeking the truth about my identity.

As I embarked upon the journey of self discovery, I encountered many questionable moments in my life that eventually led me to medically transitioning from female to male. After living my life as a Transgender male for 6 years I knew something was missing and so I began seeking truth outside of myself because I knew there had to be purpose to my existence.

That's when I encountered true Biblical Christians who studied the Bible with me and helped me to see that the life I was living was contrary to God's word and so in 2020 I made the decision to fully committ to living life God's way instead of my own. This has been the most exhilarating life decision I've ever made and I am enjoying every moment.

Why Go Fund Me?

Now the reason for my gofundme is to travel the world and share my testimony with people who want to know God deeper but feel like their identity or sexuality may be an obstacle in that process. I also believe in the importance of helping people to shift their perspectives on the LGBTQ community because we are all the same at the foot of the cross and no one sin is greater than another. After all, understanding the love of God is what won my heart and can win the hearts of many who are truly seeking the Lord.

What next?

In August there will be a 4 day International Christian Leaders Conference taking place in Los Angeles where thousands of Christians will attend from all over the world to build their faith, deepen their convictions and leave with a world vision for the next stage of their walk with God.

Glory to the Father, I have been invited to share my story on same sex attraction and the Gospel. This is something I prayed for earlier this year and God has answered my prayers.
