Hi! My name is Tara and I'v been working as a detox coach, raw food chef and yoga teacher last 10 years and it is now time to Grow and flow! No more small one on one coaching but big events, courses trainings and health programs to the whole humanity!

I created a movement called Tierra Verde where we build with natural elements and high tech to create an efficient and good life serving as a Healthy community and inspiring others to join!

Tierra Verde will consist of eco farms, Retreat centers, detox bars to heal and nourish people as well as Healthy organic products for skin, home care and diet. We offer also housing options from holiday rentals to residential lots and rental houses.

These Detox bars will spread around the world and give an alternative to the old fashion pharmacies, bringing natural remedies and self-care techniques people to heal themselves!

Our main goal is education and awareness of how to maintain our body, mind and nature around us healthy and uncluttered!

From Happy and Healthy minds grow great ideas and Good people.
