Tragedy has hit a member of our ImmuCell/First Defense Calf Crew. Jill Sprakel, our Sales & Marketing Manager for the Midwest Region, is saying a painful goodbye to her oldest daughter, Opal. On Friday, March 18, 2022, 14-year-old Opal had a tragic fall that resulted in emergency brain surgery. Sadly, Opal has been in a coma since, and her condition is now terminal. The family has had to make the painful decision to move Opal into hospice care for her last moments on Earth.

Our team describes Jill as magnetic. People are drawn to her smile, warmth, and wit. Jill is a vibrant part of our team, whom we deeply love. Our hearts are torn apart for her, her husband Rob, and their family.

We cannot lessen the heartache, but we can reduce the financial blow of this horrible accident. Please donate and surround this family with love during this unbearable time.
