On Thursday July 9th 2020, April LeBlanc suffered a TBI at Woodbine Racetrack. As we all know she is an exceptional person who would give her shirt off her back to help anyone of us.
We are holding this fundraiser to help support her through this tough time. TBI's are a long road to recovery and rehab. The support of this fundraiser will help with the cost, care and management of the farm and horses, along side added medical bills, which become overwhelming.
April has touched her community in many ways: teaching riding lessons to a variety of kids, all the workers on the back stretch, friends and family. She has always been there for anyone who needs her day or night, so let's give back to her the way she would for us. Not only has April been part of shaping and mentoring children, she has rescued and re-homed and saved several animals: dogs, cats, horses, you name she has saved it.
