Ramadan is coming to an end, and with only a day or two left, these final moments are extremely precious. While many of us are preparing for Eid, there are orphans and vulnerable families around the world who are still struggling for basic needs like food, clean water, safety, and education.

Through the SPOT Project, lives are being transformed by supporting communities in The Gambia and across Africa. Simple acts of generosity can bring hope, dignity, and new opportunities to those who need it most.

Students at Zainab’s Tajweed & Arabic School are taking part in this meaningful fundraising challenge, and together we are trying to raise £1,000 before the end of Ramadan. This goal is more than just a number it represents relief for a hungry child, support for an orphan, and a chance for a better future.

Today, Ruqqayah Mohammed, who is just 10 years old and a student at Zainab’s Tajweed & Arabic School, has taken the initiative to help reach this target. With a sincere heart and strong intention, she wants to do her part for the sake of Allah and help children who are less fortunate than her. At such a young age, she is reminding us all of the true spirit of Ramadan kindness, compassion, and giving.
