Sport Wesley Memorial Benefiting His Wife & Kids
Donation protected
Our friend and teammate, Jenna Newsome Wesley, at the age of 30, is the widowed mother of two children under the age of 3. Please read the following and please help in whatever way you can.
We are all shattered by the news that our dear friend, Herman (Sport) Wesley, has lost his courageous battle against an insidious and fast acting cancer which metastasized into an even more lethal and quicker form of cancer that took his life in a few short months. While we all mourn his loss as his friends, we must put our grief aside and quickly focus on his young, vulnerable family, which sadly, now must go on without Sport’s presence. Jenna just turned 30, their daughter, Braylee, is just under 3 years old and their son, Bryson, is 7 months, (born just days before Dad’s diagnosis). They must now face the rest of their lives without the material and emotional support of this wonderful man. More than ever, Jenna will need our help to face the challenges that the future holds for her and her children. Their needs like childcare, mortgage, meals and clothing must now all be met with half the income and half the physical and emotional presence of two parents.
If there is anything you can do, please help this family to survive this enormous challenge. Your blessings of kindness will not only be a blessing to this family, but to yourself as well.
If you are able to give financial support, please donate now. If you live near Jenna and have the ability to help her with her daily life (meals, babysitting, chores or errands), please contact Chatham (Penrod) Boyer at [email redacted] and she will put you in touch with her.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Rest In Peace Sport.
