Growing up my parents when they could afford would assist other families to school their children where they could not afford.

Maree and I for a few years now have wanted to get this off the ground to raise funds to fund orphan children in Kakamega Kenya to school, especially young girls.

On a recent trip home in November we went back to my primary school. We met with the Principal and other teachers and some of the orphan girls who are struggling financially and will be turned away from school as they cannot afford to pay the school fees.

In 2024 we are starting this journey and our goal is to help 20 orphan girls to start and stay at school. With your generosity and support we can make this happen.

The donation we are kindly asking for is $300 AUD per student. This amount will cover all school fees for one year, uniform including shoes, school bag, storybooks, stationery and sanitary products as needed and lunch every school day.
