Hi,

My name is Savannah and I’m 8 years old. My mum and I think red pandas are the cutest animals in the world and we want to help save them!

We are going to spend a day in my February half term holiday, going round Wilmslow to pick up litter, in hope that you’ll be kind enough to share some money with us, to send to the Red Panda Network. They help protect red pandas by saving their forest homes and supporting local communities to care for them.

Why Red Pandas Need Our Help

• Red pandas are endangered and at risk of disappearing forever.

• There are fewer than 10,000 red pandas left in the wild.

• Over half of their forest homes have already been destroyed.

• Forests are being cut down for farming, roads, and building.

• Climate change is shrinking the bamboo forests they rely on for food.

• Pollution and human activity are making it harder for red pandas to survive.

Why I’m Litter Picking

• I want to help protect animals and the planet.

• My home town of Wilmslow will be tidier!

• Looking after our environment helps wildlife everywhere.

• All money raised will go to Red Panda Network, who protect red pandas and their habitats.

• Hopefully some people in the community will join us. If not, I’ll have a memorable day out with my mum, doing something for a good cause.

Please Donate for the ‘pi pi’s’ - what I call red pandas!

Thanks

Savannah & Gem xxx
