Hi, my name is Helen, I'm am taking my two lovely dogs for a sponsored walk on Saturday 1st November 2025.

We want to raise funds to purchase some trap cameras that can be strategically placed around the park to monitor our wildlife. We want to find out just what is living and thriving in our beautiful nature reserve.

The cameras would also serve a second service, they will be used to monitor any anti social behaviour that we are being made aware of.

The dogs and I will be leaving my home on Saturday 1st November at 10.00am. We will be walking around the the perimeter of Cefn Fforest, walking around the 3 football pitches of Brittania fields, across Bedwellty road to the Showfield where we will walk the sides of this park. We will then head to the Cefn Fforest Institute and walk around the edge of the playing fields and then finally to Cefn Fforest Eco Park which we will walk through and finish at the top entrance, Dylan Ave.
