Sophia & Ellie are doing a sponsored walk at Talkin Tarn with Calthwaite School on Friday 4th July, to raise money for a piece of outdoor equipment for the school playground.

The school will be at Talkin Tarn for the whole day, giving the children the opportunity to see how many laps of the tarn they can complete.

Sophia is very determined to try and get around the tarn once, and we all know how much of an achievement this will be for her, if she manages to complete it. We are going to have Sophia’s wheelchair with us, so that she is able to join in and complete other laps of the tarn along with her class mates.
